What do their listings look like? How do they describe their property? What are their occupancy and average daily rates (ADR)? What amenities do they have? How is their property decorated and furnished? All of these things are important, so let's see what the "A students" are doing and copy (or exceed!) their ways.

Criteria for the AirDNA high-performers I've identified are 270+ days on the rental market and 20+ reviews unless otherwise noted. Then we sort for highest revenue within that building, development, or neighborhood. This is The AirDNA Data Guy's (John Bianchi's) method.
