How much property tax will you pay?

Property tax in the year of purchase will be paid at the seller's current rate.  In year 2, property tax will be based on your PURCHASE PRICE.  Click the Property Appraiser's website for the appropriate county, find the TAX ESTIMATOR button, type in the purchase price where it says JUST (MARKET) VALUE, and use the DROPDOWN MENU to customize by city to COMPUTE the estimate of your annual tax.
