When accepting a Florida AS IS contract, Sellers are not even OBLIGATED TO RESPOND to any request for repairs, much less MAKE them. (But we will still ask!)

Of course, we will attempt to negotiate any item that impacts SAFETY or INSURABILITY!
I strive to attend a portion of every home inspection so I can get my eyes on the property and talk with the inspector about any potential trouble spots.
After reviewing the reports, I will guide you in making a specific and thoughtful repair request list and will ask the listing agent to negotiate possible repairs or credit back from the Seller as appropriate.
