CRUNCHED FOR TIME?

If you are looking to buy NOW, before 2025 ends, check out these recommendations.  

This is not "everything" - it's just a place to start.


  • Your money will go farthest in Panama City Beach, but there are some Destin options.
  • You must still do your own due diligence, but consider this a fast track.
  • Look on AirDNA or PriceLabs for high-performers to see what is possible.  Ignore rental history.  It does not matter.
  • Listings links are current as of 10.20.2025 and are good for 30 days. 
  • These are STATIC (not ongoing) SEARCHES.  Links will NOT update as new properties come on the market unless you have an MLS search set up.
  • Properties listed here may go under contract or change price at any time.
  • Condos require 20-25% down.
  • THs and SFRs require 10% down (for second/vacation home loans).

HOA is $760/mo, no matter what size unit you buy (this is atypical).

Amazing pools and splash pads; super family friendly.

Located across the street from the sand.  (See map link, above.)

Tram takes guests to the beach from several stops, or there is a walkover.

Prices range from $200K (1 BR) to $500K (overpriced).  

2 BRs start at $274,500 (great price).  HOA is higher, as noted.
